COOLtour is a youth communication project that began as a creative editorial team with videomakers, journalists, photographers and comic artists, dedicated to telling the stories of the neighborhood. Over time, it has evolved into a dynamic space offering ongoing training, workshops, and professional orientation support for young people interested in communication and creative expression.
