Biennale Gherdëina

A diffuse art festival founded in 2008 and promoted by the non-profit association Zënza sëida, which brings local and international contemporary art to the heart of the Dolomites (Val Gardena). Through exhibitions, installations, meetings and performances, the biennial explores the relationships between human beings and the visual and cultural forms of their environment. The association works to promote contemporary culture as a tool for social development and territorial growth, with a focus on Ladin identity and craftsmanship.
