BASIS Vinschgau Venosta is a cultural and innovation centre based in Silandro, in the former Druso barracks. Founded to foster eco-social development and the revitalisation of rural areas. Established in 2019, the association works transdisciplinarily across culture, economy, and social engagement, offering spaces, events, and educational programs that activate local communities, businesses, and initiatives.
